Local and effective training is the strength of the Matrix process.

Our training and implementation team is focused on empowering clients to use new technology to make them more efficient, help reduce costs and improve quality.

Matrix utilizes the train the trainer approach in its initial implementation strategy. This allows the majority of the decision-making about how the process will be implemented to be made by just a few key individuals - allowing the majority of the staff to continue in their normal daily routine. The core group receives extensive education on the product and is then able to be used as a resource during the end-user training process.

All classroom training is conducted at the Matrix training center located in Green, Ohio where clients gain hands-on experience using the new technology.

The most important part of the training process is the hands-on live coverage that Matrix provides to our clients. We want to ensure that all staff members are utilizing the system efficiently and effectively before our job is done! By being on-site, we are able to provide the needed support to go-live on a new software package.
